Our shipping is made by the Brazilian Post Office (Correios), both national or international delivery. The shipping price and speed may vary according to: the shipping service, city of origin, city and country of destination, weight, package dimensions and additional services contracted.

Returns & Replacements
Your item must be in the original condition you received to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of its delivery. All the information about refunding will be provided by e-mail, including the track number and adress for return shipping. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Some items can not be returned if they are opened such as sealed albuns. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. If we do not have the same record in the same condition, you may exchange it for one of the same value, independently of the record classification grade. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will still have to pay for the return shipping.
Orders are made by checking out the products that are in your cart. The records will be automatically taken from the site, awaiting payment.
